ABOUT US
CONGO-PLAST is a company specialising in the recycling and recovery of plastic waste, as well as sanitation and waste collection. We work with partners to transform plastic waste into reusable raw materials and construction materials.
We also offer sanitation and waste collection services to help businesses and communities manage their waste effectively, while promoting sustainable, environmentally-friendly practices.
Our plastic waste recycling business is based on cutting-edge technology that enables us to transform plastic waste into recycled raw materials and construction materials such as high-quality stone, paving slabs, tiles.
VISION
Every year, millions of tonnes of plastic are thrown away, creating a huge environmental burden. But instead of seeing this as a problem, we see it as an opportunity. Our project is based on a bold vision: to transform this waste into a valuable resource.
The vision of our plastic waste recycling and recovery project is to create a cleaner, more sustainable and circular future, where plastic waste is no longer seen as waste, but as a valuable resource that can be reused and transformed to contribute to a more environmentally friendly future.
We are determined to make this project a success and to play an active role in building a more sustainable future.
WE ARE A SOCIAL ENTERPRISE
We are in the process of setting up a plastic waste collection system that will enable over 2,000 informal waste collectors to be fully integrated into the value chain.
This will enable us to create thousands of direct and indirect full-time jobs, 70% of which will be filled by women.
Our aim is to promote Sustainable Development Goal 5 (SDG*5), which aims to achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls.
Products
Our business is based on selling high-quality recycled plastic flakes to manufacturers of plastic products, building materials such as paving stones, bricks and tiles, and other industries interested in sustainable solutions.

Our waste management application optimises the tracking and tracing of waste, making it easier to collect and process. It promotes more efficient resource management by reducing waste management costs and optimising recycling processes. Our application also raises awareness of the importance of waste sorting and encourages more sustainable practices.
